So since i and Many, Many people seemed to have loved his character i took the time, rewatched the episode, and collected a minute and 30 seconds worth of him talking, cleaned with UVR5 and trained Locally with RVC V2 Disconnected.

Note: *This model may sound kinda Crappy, so i Might remake it later on if he either gets more appearances or find a better training method*
